Weapon Name: Scepter of Was
Physical Description: The Scepter appears as a polished tiger-eye patterned pole with two intertwined branching twisted iron poles. A large glass container sectioned off into about six parts sits at the end of the poles with a large blue gem embedded into the top of the container. At the bottom of the container, two hand-guard like claws attach to the sides via a sort of hinge. At the bottom of the pole, a pointed weight is attached. The claws detach from the scepter itself and reattach when needed.
Origin: During Livor's period of self-discovery, at Signal Academy, he grew tired of using the premade weapons and wanted to do something different. He thought it'd be a great idea to take a contemporary design from some time ago, and reinvent it. And thus, the Scepter of Was was created after about 53 consecutive failures to get it done properly.
Abilities: The scepter is capable of expelling dust in certain fashions, such as using fire dust as a flamethrower or using air dust to produce a gust of wind. He can use this form with a lot of finesse, but his preferred method of fighting involves the second form of his weapon.
When he slams the scepter into the ground hard enough, a button placed into the weight on the bottom causes the container to shift up and drop the claws from their hinges. The gem is drawn within the machine, and with a little spin, he makes the scepter shoot out a large plume of a certain type of dust. Then, with the claws and a bit of aura, Livor attempts to pummel the enemy while activating the dust using his aura. This makes him a great support, because not only can he create explosions with fire dust and other effects, but this can also strengthen certain synergies between him and teammates that use the certain type of dust.
Unfortunately the machine can sometimes get jammed and stop blowing out dust. As well as that, anyone with a basic knowledge of Dust Theory knows that certain types of dust don't mix. While he CAN combine certain types of dust in a cloud, certain kinds are highly volatile and will cause explosions and other complications.
